Rosehip Oil

OilGrow’s pure Rosehip oil is rich in Vitamin A, which is known to help fight against age spots and wrinkles. It is packed with small molecules which penetrate deep layers of the skin. This helps to improve moisture and collagen levels. It also reduces wrinkles. Vitamin C in rosehips makes it an anti-oxidant, so it protects your cells against damage and even disease. Rosehip oil contains retinoids and carotenoids, this helps keep your skin healthy because it helps to create new skin cells! The retinoids helps to prevent blackheads and reduce inflammation and scar tissue.

Rosehip oil has antibacterial properties – it help fight against skin conditions like eczema. Vitamin C encourages excess hydration so be careful to use this when you have oily skin.

How do you use it? Rosehip is a wonderful skin oil, so add it to your facial serum along with Kalahari Melon seed oil, Sweet Orange essential oil and Clary Sage essential oil. Because it is a carrier oil, do not use it on a collar or a pillowcase as you can with our blends or pure essential oils. It will leave a mark.  Do not use in a diffuser at all as it is not a volatile oil and cannot be broken up into small molecules in order to diffuse into your home.
