Throat Soother Combo

The Throat Soother Combo combo includes:

• 5ml Frankincense – a wonderful anti-inflammatory which can help calm the inflammation of the throat
• 5ml Lemon – anti-bacterial, anti-fungal to help clear the body of those infections.  Also a great pain relief
• 5ml Ginger – relieve throat pain due to being an anti-inflammatory while supporting the body’s immune system.
• 5ml Peppermint – anti-microbial to kill off those germs causing sore throat.  Also cooling effect to soothe a sore throat
• 5ml Sweet Orange – anti-viral and uplifting – will help soothe the throat while killing of viruses

Follow the easy recipe to blend all 5 oils into the right amount of honey.  Use 1/2 a teaspoon to prevent or a whole one to help soothe that sore throat. Add a 2 drops of Boost Blend to give an extra boost to your immune system.

Apart from using the Throat Soother Combo oils in honey, they can be used individually in a diffuser or on our diffuser jewelry.  Use the oils responsibly by always diluting in a carrier oil before applying to your skin.  Never use directly internally, always in a carrier oil or substance such as honey to ensure no oil gets directly into contact with your mucus membranes.
