• 100ml Cream Base – use as is after foot soak.  Or add some Cypress and Lavender essential oils to the cream base too!
• 100ml Epsom salt mixture – with lavender and mint leaves.  Epsom Salt is actually magnesium sulfate – a compound made up of magnesium, sulfur and oxygen. Apart from providing magnesium to the body, usually taken up via the skin, this compound is also great to help relieve stress. Low magnesium levels affect our sleep patterns so using epsom salt will promote better sleep. Epsom salt also helps reduce pain and inflammation even swelling.  This is part of why we added this step to our recipe.  It helps reduce the pain in your feet and will keep inflammation under control.
