Lite

Lite is a pure blend of the following ingredients: 100% pure Grapefruit (detoxification), Lemon (digestive support), Cinnamon Bark (circulation), Peppermint (help with bloating), Clove Bud (digestive upsets) and Ginger (indigestion) essential oils.

The Lite blend is formulated with 100% pure essential oils such as Peppermint that is known to assist with calming bloating. It has a fresh citrus and spicy smell with Cinnamon Bark and Grapefruit. Using this blend responsibly and daily can even assist in weight-loss.

Lite Blend might be helpful for everyone wanting to support a healthy gut. It is available in 5ml and 10ml quantities. We now have a 10ml Lite Roller bottle in the mix.  This roller bottle is easy to use directly on the skin since the blend is mixed with Grape Seed Carrier oil. It is already diluted so you can use it topically without worries. Perfect to take with you on the go as a oil-based perfume.

How to use this Blend?

When using the Grace blend in our Aroma Diffuser, add 3 to 6 drops into the diffuser chamber AFTER adding the water. Then pick your preferred setting and enjoy the fresh, clean scent all day long.  We suggest that you start with 3 drops and only increase if you feel 3 is not strong enough – according to preference. This blend can also be used internally.  Use 2 drops maximum in a capsule, fill it to the top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Close the capsule and drink with a glass of water. Can also mix 1 drop in a teaspoon of honey. Mix into Rooibos or Green tea.

Do not apply to the skin or ingest undiluted. Keep away from the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Flammable. Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight to preserve longer.

(Lemon), Cinnamomum verum J.Presl (Cinnamon bark), Mentha piperita L. (Peppermint), Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merr. & L.M.Perry (Clove bud), and Zingiber officinale Roscoe (Ginger) in Vitis vinifera L. (Grape seed) oil.
