Relief is a pure blend of the following ingredients: 100% pure Lavender (relaxing & soothing), Frankincense (anti-inflammatory), Black Pepper (anti-spasmodic), Eucalyptus (analgesic), Marjoram (reduce muscle spasms), African Immortelle (increases circulation), Clove Bud (anti-microbial), Rosemary (reduce swelling, pain and stiffness), Lime (positive, painrelief) & Peppermint (cooling) essential oils.

Dr. Denise Olivier formulates all of the OilGrow Blends with an expert knowledge of each oil. She takes extra care that the chemical constituents are a perfect synergistic match. Every blend has a specific purpose. So, you can be sure your blend has been thoughtfully and lovingly put together. It is available in 5ml and 10ml quantities. The Relief blend is formulated with 100% pure essential oils such as Peppermint. This is to ease the pain help address inflammation. It has an aromatic fresh and floral scent with Lavender and Peppermint as the star ingredients.

OilGrow Relief Blend might be helpful for migraine and headaches.  As a matter of fact, it might bring relief to those headaches that just doesn’t want to ease up. We now have a 10ml Relief Roller bottle in the mix.  This roller bottle is easy to use directly on the skin since the blend is mixed with Grape Seed Carrier oil. It is already diluted so you can use it topically without worries. Perfect to take with you on the go as a oil-based perfume.

How to use the Relief Blend?

Drop one drop on your collar. Or add a drop in a small bowl of rough salt next to your bed. Ideally used in a carrier oil by adding 6 drops to a 10ml roller bottle of grape seed oil. Rub the mixture into the nape of your neck, temples and behind your ears. Use our Relief Blend with a lava bead diffuser necklace, bracelet or even in your favourite diffuser.

In extreme cases rub it into your neck but also diffuse it into the room where you take a rest. When using the Relief blend in our Aroma Diffuser, drop 3 to 6 drops into the diffuser chamber AFTER adding the water. Then pick your preferred setting and enjoy the revitalizing scent all night long.  We suggest that you start with 3 drops and only increase if you feel 3 is not strong enough – according to preference.
