10ml Eucalyptus: Nasal congestion, asthma, as a cough suppressant and mucalator. Use a drop in the palm of your hand and inhale though the nose. For skin ulcers, as tick repellent and wound disinfectant use diluted in a carrier oil such as Fractionated Coconut Oil.

10ml Frankincense: Improving gut function, anticancer properties, balance hormones.  Use 2 drops in a vegetable capsule filled to the top with a carrier oil such as Avocado oil.

10ml Lavender: promotes relaxation, relieves anxiety and depression, helps with insomnia – add 3 drops to your favourite diffuser.  Can also help skin conditions such as eczema and fungal infections – mixed into a carrier oil, use on affected area.  If you don’t feel like mixing – try our Baby-zzz roller bottle that is already mixed in a carrier oil – for direct application.

10ml Peppermint: relieves headaches, muscle pain and joint pain.  Use diluted in a carrier oil on painful areas.  Also great to relief coughs and colds and improve mental function while reducing stress.  Use a drop mixed into honey, swallow for throat relief.

10ml Rosemary is also in the OIlGrow First Aid Kit. Improves brain function and ease stress – use 1 drop in a diffuser.  For stimulating hair growth – add 1 drop to your fragrance free shampoo.  To repel flies, mosquitoes and ants, add 1 drop to a spray bottle with vinegar and water and spray.  To increase circulation or reduce joint pain, add 1 drop to a carrier oil and rub on affected area

10ml Tea Tree is useful for: acne, athlete’s foot, nail fungus, insect bites – use neat on affected areas. To treat head lice, use 3 drops in the children’s fragrance free shampoo and conditioner.
