Ginger essential oil is known to work wonderful to combat spasms, both for muscles and the digestive tract. It is known to be an excellent anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial.

Itch & Ouch contains DMSO, a solvent known to assist with absorption of all active ingredients. It is what pulls all the anti-inflammatory agents deep into the body. MSM is also known to lower inflammation and that is why it is often suggested for joint pain and stiffness. It assists to reduce breakdown of cartlidge – especially for conditions such as arthritis and even fibromyalgia. MSM is also known to reduce over stress of immune cells while it speeds up recovery of muscle damage and stress.

Centella asiatica is known to assist with closing up open wounds – a sort of astringent agent. This is why it is useful to use Itch & Ouch on open wounds. It will also assist with cracked heels and sun damage to skin (aging lines and wrinkles).
