Frankincense (Boswellia serrata) - we source this one from India - also called Olibanum. Used traditionally in Indian culture and Ayurvedic medicine, it was no surprise that this was a top choice for us too. It has a fresh, sweet and wood-like scent. Often, the resin is used as a burnt incense. Frankincense essential oil is a warm oil and also a base note. You can take it internally, if done responsibly. See our responsible usage guide here.
