Cypress (Cupressus Sempervirens) - we source this one from a reliable producer in Morocco. This oil can be substituted with Cedarwood and vica versa. It has a clean, earthy, wood-like, spicy and masculine fragrance much the same as Frankincense. Cypress essential oil is a warm oil and also a middle note. Frankincense (Boswellia serrata) - we source this one from India - also called Olibanum.  Used traditionally in Indian culture and Ayurvedic medicine, it was no surprise that this was a top choice for us too.  It has a fresh, sweet and wood-like scent. Often, the resin is used as a burnt incense. Frankincense essential oil is a warm oil and also a base note. You can take it internally, if done responsibly. See our responsible usage guide here. Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) - we source this one from a South African producer.  Certainly you can see that we are so proud to have this oil as part of our repertoire. It has a sharp camphor-like fragrance. This herb is often used, fresh or dried, in culinary recipes on meat such as Lamb and Chicken. Rosemary essential oil is a warm oil and also a middle note.
