Castor Oil Compress Pack

We’ve put together a unique, durable and safe Castor oil Compress Pack that won’t stain your clothes.  It comes in a container with usage instructions. This container makes it easy to safely store your compress until the next time you use it. This combo includes a 50ml Castor oil that you can start using immediately.

Why use a compress pack and not just rub the oil into your skin?  When a compress is used, the oil soaks into the material. The soaked cloth keeps the oil in a state of “slow-release” for the duration that it is on your skin.  This ensures that the oil is optimally used by your body.

Castor oil is mostly used in a compress since it has such a deep penetrating ability.  Along with that, it is also a highly anti-inflammatory carrier oil. It is filled with a host of anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.  All these work together to make this oil a powerful oil to assist with all sorts of ailments.

How to use the Castor oil Compress pack:

• Firstly, take out the inner along with the plastic sleeve. Lay the inner flat on top of the plastic.
• Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Castor oil to the center of the inner
• Let it soak in for about 30 minutes
• Now insert the inner back into the pack.  Ensure that the plastic sleeve is towards the outside – where your clothes will touch the pack.
• Tie it around area you wish to treat. This pack is made for the abdomen, back, legs and arms mostly, but can also perhaps work on the breast, neck and feet areas although it might be a bit big.
• Use it for at least 2 hours but ideally over night.
• When done, fold the pack up so the oil is inside and not exposed to oxygen, put it away in the included container.
• Every time you use it again after the initial soak, add another 1 to 2 teaspoons of Castor oil, let it soak in before putting on.
• Use for between 2 weeks to a month before washing
• Hand wash with natural soap (like one of our soap bars)
• Dry outside in the sun
