All orders are processed within 2-3 Business Days.

DELIVERIES DO NOT OCCUR ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS
In case we are experiencing a high volume of orders and there are any delays in the processing of orders we will communicate these changes with immediate effect.

Local pickup at Pretoria Boeremark – FREE

Collection: From Pretoria Boeremark in Silverton, from Resellers (by appointment only) or purchases made at pharmacies or health shops on the ‘Find us here’ page.

Delivery to your door in Gauteng – R90

National delivery to your door outside Gauteng – R130

Pudo small package locker to locker – R60

OilGrow Pty Ltd reserves the right to evaluate and change shipping fees and methods from time to time. Changes will be made and notified on the Company’s Shipping Policy document.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number within 24 hours of placing a confirmed order.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
OilGrow Pty Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
OilGrow Pty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

PAYMENT INFORMATION POLICY
1. We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
2.Payment can be made via
a. Card (through the Yoko App) – the payment will be reflected as approved and shipment will be processed
b. Direct bank transfer (EFT) – a proof of payment can be emailed to info@oilgrow.co.za, and the shipment will be processed once the payment reflects in our bank account.
