Unscented Lotion Base

Need an unscented lotion base for your favourite OilGrow blend? Use with any of our OilGrow blends as body lotion to enjoy the therapeutic effect of the blend directly on your skin.  Can even make your own blend and add to the unscented lotion base.

500ml unscented lotion base for adding any blend or single essential oils or carrier oils. Has a 5% saturation.  Use maximum 10ml oil (carrier and essential oils) per 500ml lotion.  Start off by blending 1ml into the lotion, if that feels like too little then add another 1ml until the scent and feel feels right.  Don’t go over the recommended 10ml of oil in total since the lotion becomes saturated at that point and more oil will cause the blend to not be a homogeneous blend.

Use any one of the OilGrow Blends in the lotion.  Use a single oil or even a single oil along with a carrier oil of your choice.  Lotions are usually for those who prefer a less thick moisturizer for their skins.  If a lotion is preferred above a cream, then do not use a carrier oil along with essential oils as the carrier oils might thicken the lotion. Use an essential oil or essential oil blend in the lotion only for the lotion consistency to stay the same. If a cream is preferred above a lotion, then use this one here.
